Junior QA / Software Tester

If you are a self driven and passionate individual, interested to work with a fully remote team that is building and shipping new products constantly then join our team. We take up the challenge to build simple or complex applications then work hard to bring them to market and scale them. As a member of our small but growing team you will be wearing many hats and be involved in the daily testing and verifying software releases by our development team. Your key daily tasks will include:

• Follow a testing checklist / acceptance criteria list to test that new features are working as intended
• If a feature is not working as intended take screenshots and video recordings ( we will recommend tools ) and describe concisely and clearly what is wrong and why
• When issues are identified both on production environments and development create tickets and escalate to the development team clearly marking what is wrong, why its wrong and how it should work.
• Proactively test and identify issues in our Production sites to minimise impact and issues on our users

Knowledge & Skills:

1. Skilled internet user, ability to browse, identify issues
2. Clear communication skills are essential, written and if necessary spoken
3. Ability to use extra tools to record screenshots, point errors with arrows and make videos.
4. Good aesthetics, identify whats looking nice and whats ugly
5. Fluent English language

Education:

• Tech savviness is the only necessary requirement, everything else can be tought but you must know how to use the internet, have used many internet products.
