4. Copyright and Intellectual Property

4.1 The Platform's content (text, logo, code, graphic design) is the property of Squadin or its partners and is protected by copyright law.
4.2 Reproduction or use without our written permission is prohibited.

5.2 You are responsible for the security of credentials and any action taken with your account.
5.3 We may suspend or close any account that violates these Terms.
5.4 Age and Parental Responsibility: There is no minimum age requirement to create an account on the Platform. However, if you are under the age of 18, your parent or legal guardian is responsible for your use of the Platform and must supervise your activities. By creating an account for or allowing a minor to use the Platform, the parent or guardian agrees to be bound by these Terms and accepts full responsibility for the minor's actions.

6. User Obligations

  • Use the Platform only for legal purposes.
  • Do not post illegal, offensive, or fraudulent content.
  • Respect the rules set by sports centers, organizations, and championship organizers.
  • Do not perform actions that damage the Platform's functionality.

6.1 User Content and Conduct:

  • (a) Users may create and post content on the Platform, including but not limited to team names, profile information, event posts, and other user-generated content.
  • (b) You are solely responsible for all content you post on the Platform. By posting content, you confirm that you have the right to do so and that the content does not violate any laws or these Terms.
  • (c) The following types of content are strictly prohibited:
    • Illegal content: Content that violates laws, including hate speech, incitement to violence, or promotion of illegal activities.
    • Offensive or explicit content: Profanity, sexually explicit material, graphic violence, or any content that is abusive, threatening, or harassing.
    • Spam and advertising: Unsolicited commercial content, promotional spam, or repetitive messages.
    • Impersonation: Pretending to be another person, organization, or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or organization.
  • (d) The Platform reserves the right to review, moderate, remove, or refuse to publish any user content at our sole discretion, without prior notice.
  • (e) You agree to indemnify and hold the Platform harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your posted content.

7. Payments

7.1 The Platform supports online payments for SKOIN purchases, field bookings, and championship registration. Payments are securely processed through POK Payments, a third-party payment service provider ("Payment Service Provider").

7.2 We do not store card data (full card number or CVV). They are processed and stored by POK Payments according to PCI DSS standards.

7.3 The user authorizes POK Payments to process the payment on behalf of the sports center or organization.
Refunds and Cancellations:
SKOIN Purchases: All SKOIN purchases are final and non-refundable.
Platform Service Fees: Service fees charged by the Platform are non-refundable.
Management Fees and Event Entry Fees: Refund and cancellation policies for management fees and event entry fees are determined by the respective sports center, organization, or event organizer.

7.4 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel payments in case of fraud or violation of the Terms.

7.5 Payment Methods (tokenized storage) — For convenience in future purchases (e.g., SKOIN purchases, field bookings, championship registration), the Platform may store payment methods in a tokenized form secured by POK Payments. This means we may retain a payment identifier (token) and some non-sensitive data for display (e.g., card brand, last four digits, expiration month/year, and cardholder name), but never the full card number or CVV code. You can manage or delete these payment methods from your account at any time; deleting the token prevents its use for future transactions.

7.6 SKOIN Virtual Currency and Promotional Credits

  • (a) SKOIN is a virtual currency used within the Platform for bookings, purchases, and other services. SKOIN can be purchased through the Platform using online payment methods. All SKOIN purchases are final and non-refundable.
  • (b) From time to time, we may offer promotional credits or bonus SKOIN through signup bonuses, cashback rewards, referral programs, or other promotions.
  • (c) Promotional credits and bonus SKOIN are subject to specific terms and conditions, including but not limited to:
    • Expiration dates
    • Usage restrictions
    • Eligibility requirements
    • Non-transferability
  • (d) Bonus SKOIN may expire according to the specific promotion terms. For example, signup bonuses may expire after your first SKOIN purchase or after a specified time period.
  • (e) We will communicate the specific terms of each promotion at the time of grant. It is your responsibility to review and understand these terms.
  • (f) Promotional credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money. They can only be used for services within the Platform.
  • (g) We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel promotional programs at any time without prior notice.

7.7 Service Fees

  • (a) The Platform charges service fees for certain activities, including event joining and other services as may be introduced in the future.
  • (b) Service fees are paid to the Platform and are non-refundable once a transaction is completed.
  • (c) Management fees are separate charges set by event organizers (such as organizations or communities) and are paid directly to those third-party entities, not to the Platform.
  • (d) Management fees may be paid in SKOIN or other currencies as configured by the event organizer.
  • (e) The Platform is not responsible for the collection, refund, or management of management fees set by third-party organizers.

7.8 Withdrawals (Organizations Only)

  • (a) Only organization accounts are eligible to withdraw funds from their platform wallet.
  • (b) Organizations must submit a withdrawal request through the Platform and attach a valid invoice for the requested amount.
  • (c) Withdrawal requests are processed within 3-5 business days after approval.
  • (d) Individual user accounts are not permitted to withdraw funds from the Platform.
  • (e) The Platform reserves the right to reject withdrawal requests that do not comply with these Terms or applicable legal requirements.

8. Account Termination

8.1 The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account at our sole discretion for violations of these Terms, including but not limited to:

  • Fraudulent activity: Payment fraud, fake bookings, scams, or any deceptive practices.
  • Terms violation: Breaking platform rules, repeatedly posting prohibited content, or misusing platform features.
  • Abusive behavior: Harassment, offensive content, threatening other users, or creating a hostile environment.
  • Payment disputes: Chargebacks, unpaid fees, debt owed to the Platform, or financial misconduct.

8.2 Upon account termination or suspension, any remaining SKOIN balance in the account will be forfeited and cannot be recovered or withdrawn.
8.3 Users whose accounts have been suspended or terminated may contact our support team for a case-by-case review. However, there is no formal appeal process, and all termination decisions are at the Platform's sole discretion.
8.4 The Platform is not liable for any losses, damages, or consequences resulting from account suspension or termination.

9. Liability and Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
We are not responsible for third-party services (sports centers, organizations, POK Payments).
For championship organization and team management, responsibility lies with the respective organizers.
We are not responsible for disputes between users and sports centers, organizations, or event organizers. Any such disputes must be resolved directly between the parties involved.
