Terms and Conditions of Use
Welcome to Squadin (hereinafter "the Platform"), which offers technological solutions for sports bookings, team creation, and championship organization.
By using this Platform, you accept and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms").
If you do not accept any of these Terms, please do not use the Platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms. These Terms apply to all users — including players, sports centers, teams, organizations, and any other person using the services.
2. Changes to Terms
2.1 We may update or modify these Terms from time to time to reflect legal, technological changes, or new features.
2.2 After publication, the updated version will be effective immediately. We encourage you to read these Terms regularly to stay informed.
3. Platform Services
- Sports bookings: players book fields in real-time, while sports centers manage availability and schedules.
- Teams: users can create teams, invite members, and participate in activities or championships.
- Organizations: users with organization profiles can create and manage championships, set rules, and administer teams.
- Championships: teams can register for championships by paying the corresponding registration fee according to the conditions set by the organizer.
4. Copyright and Intellectual Property
4.1 The Platform's content (text, logo, code, graphic design) is the property of Squadin or its partners and is protected by copyright law.
4.2 Reproduction or use without our written permission is prohibited.
5. User Accounts
5.1 To use features such as bookings, team creation, or championship management, you must create a personal or organizational account.
5.2 You are responsible for the security of credentials and any action taken with your account.
5.3 We may suspend or close any account that violates these Terms.
6. User Obligations
- Use the Platform only for legal purposes.
- Do not post illegal, offensive, or fraudulent content.
- Respect the rules set by sports centers, organizations, and championship organizers.
- Do not perform actions that damage the Platform's functionality.
7. Payments
7.1 The Platform supports online payments for field bookings and championship registration. Payments are securely processed through POK Payments, a third-party payment service provider ("Payment Service Provider").
7.2 We do not store card data (full card number or CVV). They are processed and stored by POK Payments according to PCI DSS standards.
7.3 The user authorizes POK Payments to process the payment on behalf of the sports center or organization. Refund and cancellation policies are determined by these entities.
7.4 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel payments in case of fraud or violation of the Terms.
7.5 Payment Methods (tokenized storage) — For convenience in future purchases (e.g., championship registration), the Platform may store payment methods in a tokenized form secured by POK Payments. This means we may retain a payment identifier (token) and some non-sensitive data for display (e.g., card brand, last four digits, expiration month/year, and cardholder name), but never the full card number or CVV code. You can manage or delete these payment methods from your account at any time; deleting the token prevents its use for future transactions.
8. Liability and Disclaimers
The Platform is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
We are not responsible for third-party services (sports centers, organizations, POK Payments).
For championship organization and team management, responsibility lies with the respective organizers.
9. Privacy Policy
Using the Platform implies your agreement with how we collect and process data, according to our Privacy Policy.
10. Service Changes
We may add or remove features from the Platform without notice, according to technical or business needs.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the legislation of the Republic of Albania. Disputes are resolved initially amicably; failing that, by competent courts.
12. Inconsistency and Invalidity
If any provision is declared invalid, the other parts remain valid.
